Michael and Karen Williams opened this shop in 2018 with zero coffee-industry experience and a stubborn idea about how a coffee shop should feel. Eight years on, Smoky Mountain Espresso has racked up more than 800 five-star Google reviews and sits near the top of every coffee ranking in Sevier County.
The espresso itself comes from Crimson Cup Coffee & Tea, an award-winning Ohio roaster, and it's pulled all day long — hot, iced, frozen, or on nitro tap. If you don't see what you want on the board, ask. The crew builds custom drinks constantly.

We open at 7:30 AM Monday through Saturday and at 1:00 PM on Sundays. We close at 9:00 PM most nights and 9:30 PM on Friday and Saturday. Hours can shift with the season, so call (865) 366-1685 if you're making a special trip.
